Slow Food Nation amassed more than 400 American wines from 36 states and 150 different appellations. The Sustainable Wine Bar featured the country’s largest selection of organic, sustainable and biodynamic wines. Presentations on sustainable wine methods and graphic displays, materials and winemaking tools taught visitors about the reasons American wines are so distinct. Professional sommeliers served single glasses of any wine on the list and winemakers poured flights of selected wines on a rotating roster.
