The Taste Pavilions showcased good, clean and fair food from America’s best food artisans.

Community and cuisine attracted 65,000 people to the Marketplace, where a farmers’ market and urban garden set the stage for talking about how we eat.

Victory Garden

Inspired by the self-sufficiency campaigns of World War II America, the Slow Food Nation Victory Garden was a living testament - right in front of San Francisco City Hall - to a strong community’s ability to feed and support itself.
