This is My Experience
So here we have the bee pollen supplement pills, dabbed to be so natural that I just had to try it out. I did my own in-depth research, and then I decided to give it a try. I did not get a doctor’s prescription, so I was carefully following the recommended dosage. I did this for a period of about two months.
When taking natural supplements, I usually anticipate more benefits and lesser side effects. Of course, many natural supplements DO have side effects, and you should be careful with what you try, that you use the recommended dosage, that you are not allergic and that you always ask your doctor’s advice before trying any new supplements!
Major Increase in Bodily Energy
One of the most obvious and noticeable bee pollen benefits is the energy. It has been known to help people from time to time but in my experience, simply wow! However, do not confuse it with a stimulant as the effects are generally physical and do not affect your brain, if you are looking for something like that, try Matcha Green Tea Powder or Ginkgo Biloba instead.
Another bee pollen benefit or maybe side effect for some people is that it really boosts your appetite because the metabolism goes up, I have actually gained weight by taking this, but pure muscles I can tell you, which was my goal in the first place. It is said to make you burn body fat and this has been quite difficult to determine, even though I’m getting more fit in general. If you are simply looking for a way to lose weight, I’d recommend Chia Seeds. Chia seeds have the ability to give you a sense of feeling full, so combining the increase in metabolism and the feeling of being full I’d say is the ultimate way of weight loss, rapidly, without having to really work for it!
Now, bee pollen does not really contain testosterone in itself but it is known to increase the levels of it in the body so if you are feeling down or fatigued or simply just looking for a pick-me-up, this may well be the remedy. Lowered testosterone levels are more common among older men, which is why bee pollen apparently is becoming more and more popular amongst men in their upper forties. Now, I don’t really feel the need for a testosterone boost, but for my workout, this has really made results. I have way more energy when going to the gym and I can work out longer and still feel energetic afterwards. A friend of mine tried Pine Pollen, and it seems to have similar effects!
Did It Have Any Disadvantages?
I can’t say that I felt any side effects; I don’t have any allergies though. For those who are allergic to pollen, bees or honey, you might want to avoid this supplement or at least be very careful when you buy bee pollen. If allergic to bees or honey, I can recommend pine pollen instead.
