This Is My Pine Pollen Experience
There were mainly two main reasons for why I wanted to try pine pollen:
I wanted to stop feeling tired all the time.
I wanted to get stronger and burn more fat when working out, without having to take some dodgy supplement that could harm my body.
I work in an office environment, and I workout at the gym 5-6 times a week. Even though I live a pretty healthy lifestyle I felt this constant tiredness, especially at the office. I would just feel so tired throughout the day, even after drinking several cups of coffee. This extra intake of caffeine, of course, affected my sleep, which resulted in me waking up super tired every morning.
So after work, I would usually hit the gym, but I really had to struggle to bring myself to get there every day. I was already exhausted from work and the last thing I wanted to do then was to lift heavy weights. Having no energy creates a negative spiral in your life.

The major effect of Pine Pollen kicked in after I have used it for about two weeks (1 tablespoon, 2-4 times a day).
