Strong Increase in Energy
The major effect of Pine Pollen kicked in after I have used it for about two weeks (1 tablespoon, 2-4 times a day). I especially felt that endurance is what does it for me the most and it has similar effects as Bee Pollen or Mucuna Pruriens. Having more energy for physical activity makes it so much easier to work out, jog, lift weights and so on. Since you have an increase in energy, it also lifts up your mood.
