Wheatgrass Review – Best Natural Health Booster
This is not something that will boost your workout, brain power or ability to focus. However, it sounds kliché to express it like this, but it has given me a boost in healthy energy, but mostly a boost of my immune system and to sum up, since I started taking wheatgrass regularly, I haven’t gotten even remotely sick, I haven’t had fever, coughs or the flu in more than a year. Wheatgrass just works in that sense. If you are looking for something to boost your energy or mental focus, I recommend you buy pine pollen powder or one of our nootropics respectively!

This Is My Wheatgrass Experience
Alright, bear with me, because this is a superfood with long term effects. You will not have any apparent, immediate effects from this stuff. I have actually used this for about one year now, I found out about it on the internet when looking for natural remedies for a cough and cold that wouldn’t give in and the doctor wouldn’t give me any antibiotics and none of the commercial, conventional remedies were working. So I found wheatgrass and after less than four days of taking wheatgrass the cold and cough would finally give in. I took one tablet of wheatgrass every morning and started to wait for the benefits of wheatgrass to kick in.
Ever since then I have been taking it about twice a week, twice a week to avoid possible side effects and I haven’t gotten even remotely close to a cold ever since, again, that’s about a year! Again, you won’t get any major noticeable extra energy from this or calm down or become super-focused, but I can pretty much guarantee that by taking this stuff, you will pretty much skip the flues going every year simple colds and coughs won’t come near you! I recommended it to a friend and he is taking it upon onset of symptoms, like a sore throat or coughs and he is fine in a couple of days so he is buying it when he needs or or borrows from me 😀
A Natural Immune System Booster
Like I mentioned, you will not feel any super-effects by taking this stuff, (if you are looking for something that gives you loads of energy, but a guarantee is that you will avoid the average flues going throughout our society, so forget about staying home from work or school because of a fever, a snotty nose, a sore throat or a cough! This because you are boosting your immune system immensely, wheatgrass is pumped with antioxidants, amino acids and vitamins.
What are the potential side effects of wheatgrass?
When trying to get rid of my stubborn cold and cough, I took this every day until I was completely rid of symptoms. To make sure I didn’t get sick again, I kept taking wheatgrass every day and after a while I started getting headaches, at first I didn’t think of the wheatgrass, but after having cut down on the dosage, I got rid of those as well, and taking a tablet of this stuff once or twice a week is more than enough to keep the colds, coughs, sore throats, fever and flues away and I must recommend keeping to the dosage recommended by the providing company since this can vary depending on where you buy wheatgrass and as always, don’t forget to ask your doctor’s advice before trying any new supplements!
I really recommend wheatgrass for anyone who wish to stay healthy!
Where To Buy Wheatgrass?
Where can you buy wheatgrass? Well, I buy wheatgrass online at Starwest Botanicals. It is a really professional company and website and I think they provide the best wheatgrass brand on the market. They claim to be shipping within 2 days of the order placement and I found this to be true most of the time, but not always. In my opinion, as long as the product is good, it does not really matter if I have to wait one extra day for my wheatgrass.
More About Wheatgrass
According to the internet, it was Ann Wigmore, the founder of Hippocrates Health Institute, who introduced wheatgrass to America in the 1950’s. It’s available on the market as a dietary supplement in liquid, capsule and tablet forms, and is widely used for juicing. Here’s an in-depth look at this supplement.

- Beneficial enzymes
These are responsible for the detoxifying properties of the supplement. They help protect you from carcinogens and neutralize toxins among others.

Too little is know about the effects on pregnant or breastfeeding women, so stay on the safe side and avoid it.
