This is not something that will boost your workout, brain power or ability to focus. This is My Experience
Alright, bear with me, because this is a superfood with long-term effects. You will not have any apparent, immediate effects from this stuff. I have actually used this for about one year now, I found out about it on the Internet when looking for natural remedies for a cough and cold that wouldn’t give in, and the doctor wouldn’t give me any antibiotics and none of the commercial, conventional remedies were working. So I found wheatgrass and after less than four days of taking it, the cold and cough would finally give in. I took one tablet of wheatgrass every morning and started to wait for its benefits to kick in.
Ever since then, I have been taking it about twice a week, twice a week to avoid possible side effects and I haven’t gotten even remotely close to a cold ever since, again, that’s about a year!
